Customer Service

• A resident of Israel who is 18 years of age or older and possesses a valid credit card honored by Israeli credit card companies, an email address on the internet, and a residential address in Israel is eligible to make a purchase on the site.

• Purchases on the site are made via credit card and the transaction will be processed after approval by the credit card company.
• Purchases can be made on the site using PAYPAL
• The product price appearing on the site includes VAT as required by law.
• Monograma Ltd. reserves the right to stop the marketing and sale of the product at any time it sees fit, at its discretion.
• E.&O.E. (Errors and Omissions Excepted)
• In the event that a product is out of stock, Monograma Ltd. will notify the customer and give them the option to cancel the transaction or exchange it for another product of their choice – the company makes every effort to maintain proper product inventory as displayed, but shortages may occur.

Transaction Cancellation and Product Return

• The transaction may be canceled by contacting the Company’s customer service. Cancellation of the transaction will be valid only after receiving an email from the Company confirming the request to cancel the transaction. In the event that the cancellation is approved, the product must be returned to the Company, with all costs associated with returning the product borne by the customer. The return of the product must be done while it is in its original packaging, accompanied by the original invoice, and provided that 30 days have not yet passed since the date of the product purchase.
• If the transaction is canceled after the customer has already received the product, the customer will bear the cost of shipping the product back to the company, in addition to the cancellation fee.
• • To ensure that the product is not damaged or broken when shipped back to the company, it must be packed in its original packaging. Additionally, we recommend sending the product using a method that allows tracking the product's location during shipment.
• It is not possible to cancel a transaction or return a product that has been engraved, printed, or embroidered.

Supply and Delivery of the Product

• Monograma Ltd. will arrange for the delivery of the product to the customer at the address typed by them at the time of purchase in the virtual store, within 5 business days.
• Monograma Ltd. will not be responsible for any delay and/or lateness in delivery and/or non-delivery caused by force majeure and/or events beyond its control.
• Shipping of the product will be carried out to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
• Product delivery dates are according to the dates specified on the product sales page, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  Delivery times include business days only (Sunday–Thursday) and do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, or holidays.
• The day of the order is not included in the count of business days.
• The customer must be available by phone for the courier so that the shipment can be delivered on time.
• The product can be collected from the Monograma store in Tel Aviv with no shipping fees.
• There are no deliveries to IDF bases.
• The responsibility for the accuracy of the shipping address details lies with the customer.

   

  Monograma will keep a product for the customer for up to 30 days from the moment it was ordered – we do not have the ability to store items beyond this, and a product that is not collected will be discarded without receiving a refund.

   

  An item not collected by the customer from the distribution point within 3 days will be returned to the store, and the customer will have to pay an additional shipping cost in order to receive it.

  
  If you provide incorrect identification details when placing the order, we cannot guarantee that the products will reach you.

  In the event that the products are returned to the company due to incorrect details you provided, you will be charged for handling and shipping fees. Please be sure to fill in accurate, complete, and current details.

 

Warranty and Service

• • The product warranty covers material defects in the product body and/or its operation caused by the Company.
• • The warranty is valid only for a customer holding original proof of purchase and only if the purchase was made through the virtual store on the site.
• • The sole remedy for any defective product covered under the warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. The total liability of the Company in relation to any product shall in no case exceed the purchase price of the defective product.

Data Security and Privacy

• Monograma Ltd. is entitled to use the information appearing in the form in order to bring you the requested information and services. This personal information will not be disclosed to other entities.
• Monograma Ltd. uses personal information and other non-personal information not only to provide you with the requested information and services but also to develop and offer additional services and information that we believe will be of benefit to our clientele.
• Monograma Ltd. takes accepted precautionary measures to maintain the confidentiality of the information as much as possible. In cases beyond the company's control and/or resulting from force majeure, the company will not be liable for any damage of any kind, direct or indirect, caused to the customer if this information is lost and/or used without authorization.
• The “Pay” button allows the customer to choose whether or not to agree to receive publications from the site. It includes consent for Monograma Ltd. to use this personal information in order to provide you with information via email or otherwise.
• If you wish to remove your personal details from Monograma’s mailing list at any time, send a removal email; you can choose to remove yourself from the mailing list by clicking on the “Remove” button located at the bottom of any promotional mailing from Monograma Ltd.

Intellectual Property

• • All intellectual property rights on the site and in the virtual store are the exclusive property of Monograma Ltd.
  
  
• • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or use in any other way any information from the site and/or the virtual store, unless prior written consent has been given by the Company.

• A customer who requests to print an image on a product hereby declares that they hold the copyrights to the image they wish to print.
• The company is entitled to photograph and display products it has created for customers (portfolio) on its website and in its advertising channels – if a customer objects to the ordered product being photographed and published, they must contact info@monograma.co.il and the company will remove the publication within 3 business days.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• • The interpretation and enforcement of these regulations and/or any action or dispute arising from them shall be conducted in accordance with Israeli law only, and the competent court in Tel Aviv-Yafo shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
