   What types of personalization does Monograma offer?
Monograma offers engraving, printing, and embroidery on a wide variety of gifts and products.

  Which products can be embroidered, engraved, or printed with photos?
Embroidery is available for towels and bathrobes, printing for wooden blocks and crystal glass awards, and engraving for pens and leather notebooks.

  How does the customization and ordering process work?
After ordering the product on the website, our graphic designers will send you a digital mockup via WhatsApp within a few hours. Once approved, we will prepare the product and package it for shipping.

  What are the production and shipping times for personalized orders?
Our guiding principle is to promise less and deliver more.

For online orders, the product is usually ready by the next day (after you approve the mockup), and delivery takes 1–3 business days.

  Can orders be picked up at the store?
Yes, you can pick up your order at our store located at 30 Ibn Gabirol St., Tel Aviv, during business hours. No need to look for parking – we will bring the product out to your car.

  What are your business hours and contact information?
The store is open Sunday–Thursday 10:00–17:00, Friday 10:00–14:00, closed on Saturday.

  What is the price range for personalized gifts?
Prices start at around 65 NIS for a custom-designed mug and can reach hundreds of shekels depending on the material, complexity, and design.

  What is your exchange and return policy in case of an error or manufacturing defect?
In cases of a defect or production error, Monograma handles the replacement or refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to the customer.

  Is it possible to place bulk orders for companies or military units?
Yes, bulk orders are available with special pricing for business clients – please contact us by phone or email to receive a price quote.

  Are there any discount codes or promotions for customers?
By signing up for the website, you will receive a coupon code with a discount.

Is gift wrapping or special packaging available?
We package all our products in impressive gift wrapping, using padded boxes that protect the product and present it elegantly. We strive to use biodegradable organic materials as much as possible to help protect the planet.

Can I have a company logo or professional graphic file printed or engraved on the products?
Yes, you can create branded items with your company logo; please upload the file during the ordering process or email it to us.

 

What is the cancellation policy for a personalized product order?

An order can be canceled or changed before production begins at no charge.
